Our costume categories (including but not limited to Animals, Historical, Horror & Scary, and all other menu categories) represent our unique product offerings and creative expressions.

You may browse our website and make purchases for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from The Costume Cove.

1.3 User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of our website
• Provide false or misleading information

2.1 Product Description

We take great care to accurately describe our costumes and accessories. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to monitor settings and manufacturing processes. Product dimensions are approximate.

2.2 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and refund any payments made for that item.

2.3 Special Product Considerations

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain products have special handling requirements:

• Masks & Full Face Costumes (from our “Masks,” “Full Face,” “Horror & Scary,” and “Masquerade” collections) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
• Some delicate or custom items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally except to Asia and some remote areas. If you are located in a region we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

4.3 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

4.4 Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your costume! Most unworn, unaltered items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Masks & Full Face Costumes (from our “Masks,” “Full Face,” “Horror & Scary,” and “Masquerade” collections)
• Any item marked as “Final Sale”
• Used, altered, or damaged items
• Items without original packaging and tags

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and item details
3. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping address
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
5. Ship the package to the address provided (we recommend using a trackable service)

5.4 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we will email you about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.1 Account Security

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your computer.

6.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions on our website.

6.3 Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all local laws regarding online purchases and the use of costume products.

The Costume Cove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
