We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring our costumes right to your doorstep. Here’s how we do it:

  • Order Processing: Your order is handled with care! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your items before shipment.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for fast and reliable delivery. Your costume will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipment. Perfect for those planning ahead!

Note: Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processing. Keep an eye on your email for tracking details once your order ships!

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your costume as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, we offer flexible returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Most unworn, unaltered items in original packaging with tags attached are eligible. But, to ensure everyone’s safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products from our collections:

  • Masks & Full Face Costumes (e.g., items from “Masks,” “Full Face,” “Horror & Scary,” and “Masquerade” collections)
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” at purchase

All returns are inspected upon arrival to verify they meet our conditions.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these easy steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our crew will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping address. Don’t send anything without this number!
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the unworn, unaltered item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service—you’re responsible until it reaches our cove. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we’ll email you about approval or rejection.
