That’s why we’ve crafted a returns and exchanges policy that’s as flexible and customer-friendly as our vast collection of characters.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible so you can focus on finding your perfect disguise.
- Masks & Full Face Costumes: Any item designed to cover the entire face (e.g., from our “Masks,” “Full Face,” “Horror & Scary,” and “Masquerade” collections) for hygiene reasons.
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the handy template below!
- Wait for Instructions: Our friendly support team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the unworn, unaltered item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship It Back: Mail the package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our cove. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship out the new item once the return has been received and approved. Standard or free shipping charges will apply to the new shipment based on the order value.
