Where do you ship to?
We are proud to ship globally! However, due to current logistical constraints, we are unable to deliver to addresses in Asia and a few remote areas. If you are unsure about your location, please feel free to contact us before ordering.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Perfect for faster delivery! We use trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 days after we dispatch it.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50! This economical option is shipped via EMS and delivers within 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order in our Detroit warehouse (this includes quality checks and packaging). After that, add the transit time based on your chosen shipping method (10-15 days for Standard, 15-25 days for Free Shipping). Pro Tip: During peak seasons like Halloween, order early to avoid any potential delays!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If your costume isn’t perfect, we accept returns for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Please contact our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address (Detroit, US). Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
